Clarity

lyrics

Clarity, clarity
Take her away
From the dreams that are making her
Stay in this place
Fasten her hands
Around her own throat
Make her heart tremble
At the things that she wrote

Blame all the men
For her weakness in them
Delve in the sadness
Pick up a pen

(Gather me in
Gather me in
Civilisations in Babylon's dream)

Broaden her shoulders
And scrub her back clean
Feed her all the fat in the house
Break this chain
Without losing her person, emotion or face
Use money to maker her happy
Encapsulate everything she wants to say
In a look
A sexy, sexy look

Blame all the men
For her weakness in them
Delve in the sadness
Pick up a pen

about

Jessica Grace Oxford, UK

Her more recent work is a mixture of synth pop, acoustic lyrical folk, alternative and indie-ish.
